“The Porchdogs” Perform Live at Bok Tower Gardens
The Porchdogs will perform Louisiana Cajun and Zydeco music that will make your feet want to tap along to the beat Saturday, June 26, at 7:30 to 9 p.m. Rarely performed in Central Florida, both Cajun and Zydeco music are often sung in Cajun or Creole French, with the accordion and fiddle as the lead instruments.
The Porchdogs are well-known throughout Florida, regularly playing at Orlando’s theme parks and at festivals and fairs throughout the state. Get ready to Laissez les bons temps roulez! (Let the good times roll!)
Tickets are $20 for the general public; members will receive a 10% discount. Early reservations are encouraged. An optional prepaid dinner will be served at the Blue Palmetto Café at 6 p.m. Dinners are $18; or $16.50 for members. Bok Tower Gardens.
