Bartow Chamber Carolyn’s Gallery presents the 10th Anniversary Celebration with featured artist Tara Milliken. The “Meet The Artist” event will take place on Sept. 17 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Carolyn’s Gallery, 395 E. Summerlin St., Bartow. Come out and enjoy wine, cheese, punch and cookies and the 10th Anniversary Celebration.
