At CFO our goal is to find and share the best local information, to bring Polk County residents the news they really want to read, and to give residents a venue to get out their good news to the community.

On this site you’ll find upcoming community events and entertainment, school news, financial advice, and information on gardening, hobbies, sports/recreation and local clubs and organizations. We’ll include live links whenever possible so readers can learn more about the authors and/or their organizations. And whether you are a local nonprofit, a club, employer, citizen, student or someone just visiting Polk County, CFO will give you the opportunity to share your news.
